This is the revised NCDA Career Development Facilitator (CDF) course.  It has been customized specifically for professionals working in the field of workforce development.

This course has been "blended" to incorporate both face-to-face (F2F) and moderated online learning experiences.  It requires a minimum of 120 contact hours to complete.  The curriculum has been approved by the Center for Credentialing and Education (CCE) for the Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) professional certification.

This course has been "blended" to incorporate both face-to-face (F2F) (delivered through Zoom or Teams video technology) and moderated online learning experiences.  It requires a minimum of 120-contact hours to complete.  The curriculum has been approved by the Center for Credentialing and Education (CCE) for the Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) professional certification.  Completion of the FCD course also positions you to earn NCDA's CCSP (Certified Career Services Provider).
